More than once it’s come up that someone is looking for a fair amount of detail on how to calculate speeds and feeds, or more information on WCS/offsets. This document is pretty good, and I think sufficiently detailed. I hadn’t seen this one until yesterday. Chapters 3/4 cover speeds/feeds/conventional/climb and offsets.
