Holes gone missing in simulation?

I’m learning about vacuum tables so I decided to do a proof of concept in a size 8x8. I drew everything out in CC but when I show the simulation, I’m missing holes. Take the top left one for example. If left where I want it to be, it’s disappears. If I drag it out of alignment, then it shows up. I think the only way to really show what I’m trying to describe is with screenshots.

Am I just doing something wrong? I like CC because it’s easy and noob friendly. I do have cambam and can learn Fusion 360 but for 2.5d milling, I prefer a simple clean interface so I’m giving CC a shot.

Edit: FWIW, I upgraded to the latest CC and it’s still doing the same thing.

Looks like it’s just the sim that’s not displaying properly. I ran the gcode through cutview and it looks good.

Please send that file to support@carbide3d.com and hopefully we can use it to improve the previewing algorithm.
