other than engraving dog tags, this is my first aluminum milling project.
some details for the curious. I am sure the feeds are probably more than a little on the cautious side. feel free to chime in if you have some better values.
material 1/8"x2" aluminum flatbar from big box store.
cutter: 1.5mm cutting diameter TiN2 coated endmill from china
settings: 0.1mm depth of cut, 0.1mm stepover, 125mm/minute feed rate, 122mm/minute plunge rate.
