Need help anyone please!

Hello I have the shapeoko xxl I’m running 4.0.412, the machine homes to the top right corner, then I jog to the bottom left corner of the material. Then I zero all done and done load the file and run the machine starts way off See pic please ant help I don’t know what I did wrong ?? Attach is a pic of project

What CAM tool did you use?

Where is the origin set in that file?

Are any options such as datum set in it?
