Yup, the head snapped right off. The screw is completely seized in the aluminum after one too many torquey clampings.
I’m going to try and put 2 m6x1 helicoils on the outside of the jaw, but it’ll be nice to have another one if that doesn’t work. I’ll email support now, thanks!
