PWM signal died

I was successfully operating my J-Tech laser on my ShapeOko3 XXL, made several cutting boards.
All of a sudden, the laser stopped modulating.
Following the following page: https://jtechphotonics.com/?page_id=8541, I tried to measure the PWM signal voltage
when the laser ist set to max power. It should read approx. 5V, but there’s no voltage.
I assume that some parts on my PCB board died, and I have to replace it.
Any one else with this experience?
