will the new C.C. work OK with the old carbide motion ?
dont want to mess with the flashing thing / afraid i would end up
with a bigger mess .
is there a new board for the new software ?
Yes, Carbide Create makes G-Code, and either CM3 or CM4 will work fine with that.
CM4 and Grbl 1.1 are still in testing — if you’re not comfortable with that, please wait until there’s a formal release of a production-ready version.
Grbl 1.1 can be flashed to all Carbide 3D boards (some early Nomads may require cutting a pin on a daughterboard)
