Whenever I try to design with a 33’’ x 33’’ i get this error message in carbide create. I thought the XXL was able to handle 33 x33? Please help.

More like 32"by 32".
Part of the Y hangs off the front of table.
Carbide Create limits the stock size which you can set so as to have room for workholding.
As @jdg3 noted, the cutting area specification also includes the space at the front of the machine.
That said, one can create larger parts / toolpaths, they just won’t preview correctly since they will extend beyond the stock.
