Before the disk died on my CNC computer I was running some version of UGS between the current “stable” and the currently nightly. When the disk died I lost this version. I could live with the current nightly except for this weird behavior I haven’t figured out.
My (perhaps goofy) jog strategy is to quick-jog using inches and then switch to mm for the final positioning. The new nightly is in some weird mode where no matter if I select inch or mm it moves in these little microsteps that would take all day to get to the origin. I can’t figure out how to get it into something reasonable for jogging.
Is this because I am still running 0.9?
Some obvious switch setting I missed?
