Will Zrn coating make a difference cutting G10?
I’ve been using the standard carbide .125 flat cutters to take a small layer off each pass, this leads to just the tips of my cutters becoming dull pretty fast, would zrn coated cutters make much of a difference in lifespan? or should I just get tons of the standard ones?

It’s not mentioned as one of the materials Zrn is well-suited for at: http://www.harveytool.com/cms/CoatingsChart_16.aspx — the various diamond coatings seem to be recommended — which isn’t to say it won’t be better, but I’d suspect the improvement in tooling life won’t pay off compared to the increased cost of Zrn.
