I ordered the expansion kit for Shapeoko 3 to xxl last Friday Mar 9th and it has yet to ship… over a week later… web site says 1 to 2 days prep time… I called Carbide 3d twice and they said they would call or email me back with shipping date but I have received no response or update. radio silence … Not a great feeling I have to say…
Is anyone else having this problem? paid in full and I have heard nothing back.
My last order took almost 2 weeks to ship even though everything was in stock. I’m not sure how long it would have taken to ship if I hadn’t sent emails inquiring on the status.
I consider myself a reasonable person but when I have called twice and they don’t get back to you, it’s somewhat disappointing… Just be honest and upfront and tell me the situation… I would appreciate that.
