Y-Stepper Motor Doesn't Move When Homing

The Y-Stepper Motor of my Carbide 883 doesn’t seem to be moving when I run the homing operation. Upon turning off the machine, when I try to twist it’s threaded rod it doesn’t move at all. The z and x motors’ threaded rods can be moved when I turn the machine off.

It was working perfectly fine a month ago, nothing was done to it between then and now to my knowledge. Any help/pointers are much appreciated.

If you look at the back of the motor, do you see the axel turning?. Similar thing happened to me and it was a snapped axel. It snapped inside the motor. Contact support. They were very helpful.
