Z axes is way off

I have measured the rails to the surface and measured the base wood thickness. how ever is starts off correct at left front corner an keeps that depth all the way to the right. but as is goes back it cuts deeper. the depths is even side to side but is deeper front to back. I know I am gonna have to face a waste board but 8th inch seems like allot for it to be off front to back. Is this normal or did I miss something? BTW this is the XXL version.

It’s not normal, but it happens sometimes — start by squaring up the machine, then tram the wasteboard.

Along an XXL, being out by 1/8" is ~0.125 degrees — while it seems a lot, it’s easy to be off, since any errors are cumulative and magnified by the length.
