Decades of experience as a professional software engineer with a focus on early startups. Specialties include user interface/experience for both fat client/web/SaaS applications as well as performant, scalable, multithreaded back-end processing engines for everything from data analytics to graphical content manipulation and encoding. Medical conditions have forced me to discontinue an active role in this industry.

I have a passion for digital fabrication technologies and focus my available time on working with laser systems, CNC mills and routers, CNC plotters, and 3D printing technologies. I love doing design work to feed into these tools and working with the underlying source code that drives the various aspects (CAD, CAM, g-code, etc) of these technologies. I enjoy sharing and talking about digital fabrication with anyone who will listen.
