#282 endmill rpm

I’m going to use the #282-Z endmill for creating holes in 2mm aluminum plate. The stock RPM in the CC tool library is set to 18000. There a video out there, Aluminum Feeds and Speeds for the Shapeoko, that recommends 10000 RPM for a single flute endmill. That’s for a 1/8 endmill the #282 is a 2mm endmill. Does the RPM need to increase as the bit size decreases in order to have the appropriate feed and speed? Should I stick with the 18000 RPM in the library?

The feeds and speeds in Carbide Create are more recent, and should be better tested than those in the video — I used 18000 RPM when I last used a #282-Z in 6061 alu. and it worked fine.
