3D Carve’s Unable to Get Raised!

Hi I’m fairly new to 3D Carving and with setting up the Tool Paths I’ve been normally going with .2500 for the first and .1500 for the second model!
I’m fine with the Tool Paths but I’m not getting my Carving to be Protruding Upwards anymore than just a couple thousand’s!
How to I get the Height of the Model Higher?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Todd

Could you upload your file and show us the toolpath settings which you are trying to use?

Are you importing STL files? Sometimes they have a base height built into the model.

If you only wanted to use the top half of that model, you would have used the “Remove Z Height” option, but it looks like they got rid of that.

What does it look like if you only import the STL at a height of 0.400?

How about import it at a height of 0.800 and then subtract a flat component of 0.400?
