We’re assembling a Shapeoko 5 Pro 2x2 and noticed a mismatch between the manual and what we received. In Step 3.8, the manual says the “X-Axis drag chain is pre-installed on the gantry,” but there is no X-axis drag chain on our machine.
When following Section 3.2 to connect the HDZ Z-axis motor and limit switch, we also don’t see the X-axis cable extensions or anywhere obvious to attach a drag chain on the gantry. We did receive some extra drag chains, but there are no matching cables or hardware to actually install them.
Before going any further, we want to confirm whether the 2x2 normally ships this way, or if the X-axis drag chain parts and HDZ cable extensions are missing from our order.
