Ok I did a dumb thing and don’t know how to correct it. The machine initialized with no problem and I used Jog to fast move it to front center. Midway I noticed I had left something on the bed and decided to use the stop button in the carbide motion software. The machine was moving diagonally at that time. When I tried to reinitialize I see that the gantry is out of square and binding causing error codes. I disconnected both y rail motors and loosened the four gantry to y rail bolts and brought both y rail gantry mounts to the front stops. I held the gantry against both stops and tightened it down. After reassembly it drives itself out of square again and errors out. Any one else run into this.

Solved: This turned out to be the wire for the left y proximity switch pulled out of its terminal on the control panel. Thanks
