Ok so did all the normal stuff!
Comm port check uninstall and reinstall and the CNC won’t power up!
Red light on power supply VFD PS is on! But bed won’t light up!
Tried calling support but no answer x 2 days! Left a message and have projects to do!
Any ideas?
I don’t see any open tickets which would seem to match your situation.

I know this my sound silly, but make sure that your E-Stop is connected properly and not pushed in. This is from my own experience. 
Well guess what now I know to turn the STOP to the right!
