Recently upgraded to the 65mm VFD Spindle Kit - 110V, and after using it and loving everything about it…quiet, smoother, and as a newbie, overall just better if you can upgrade.
The issue I notice now is that after a few runs it automatically winds down the spindle and goes to a home position which is EXCELLENT, but then DISCONNECTS for my next run of the exact same thing. I end up needing to SHUT DOWN Carbide Motion and Initialize and reset my zero which is a NOT A BETTER UPGRADE.
Usually after about 5-7 runs it DISCONNECTS and needs to be reinitialized…
PLEASE HELP with what this can possibly be.
Everything is the exact same and there is no power issues as I see everything on.
To resolve I need to TURN OFF the Shapeoko Pro with the Power Button and then Turn on and initialize…
