A likely easy fix (for any one but me) for a 3d File

I created a 3d file for a nameplate. A friend wanted me to make it for a Cardiologist who saved his life.

My idea was to create a rounded border with a .2" pocket around two images and a name.

I believe I have done that, but the simulation seems to show the entire project less than the thickness of the wood.

I tried multiple changes in 3d Modeling and can’t seem to get it right.

What do I need to change?

Critiques of the file would also be appreciated. I attached the file for review and possibly your amusement.

The file is set up for 0.76" thick stock:

the high point seems to be ~0.55" or so:

If we draw in a bit of geometry:

and model it to the thickness:

We see:

Since the base is modeled:

and apparently being cut away from:

if we want the design to be thicker, then simply reducing or increasing one or the other should work:
