Acrylic Jig for Vacuum Pod

Custom personalization of cast acrylic pieces, or one off duplicates of previous designs can be vexing. A vacuum pod jig has been my answer. Every time I create a new acrylic design I make the jig on part of the sheet, and as many blanks as I can fit on that sheet. Works for me, I hope it helps someone else.

I never saw that vacuum pad before.
Your adapter covers part of the pad ?

Yes. The jig fully covers the pod and assures location. Holes in it transfer the vacuum pressure to the piece for hold down. I use it primarily for the McEtcher Diamond Drag but it is strong enough for most any bit.
