Activate Bit setter

I am running Pro XXL.
Did a few projects and since my first project, I have not had the bitsetter activated. Can anyone help me to re activate this feature. Thanks

Thanks. It is assembled. I meant enabled via software. I have not had it positioned on the bitsetter since my initial job ran.

The document Will linked shows the software setup portion as well. For the version 2 PDF it starts on page 11 I think.
