Carbide Create does not know how to handle tapered ball nose bits. However you can just enter it as a round nose bit the size at the base of the tool.

Here is the specs for the Amana 46743

So the tip diameter is .5MM so enter it as a ball tip with .5MM diameter. Just be careful if cutting 3d that there is nothing above it when cutting because the larger diameter body will cut into any over hang.
