I purchased a better pc and am having trouble getting carbide creat pro on my new one. I downloaded carbide create but not pro I paid for the yearly subscription and downloaded it on my old pc just need a hand getting it on my new pc can’t seem to find the proper downlaod
They use a file to make the pro part work. The CC is the same but with the addition of the license file that makes the pro part work. Look back through your email for the link. Support may be able to duplicate your license file if your email and/or old computer is not available.
