Adv V-Carve toolpath jumping a vector - Help

I have created a sign in Carbide Create. I am having trouble with one part of it where the Advanced V-Carve path jumps into a vector where it should not carve. Here is the sign:

Here is a close up of the Advanced V-Carve toolpath. I have circled in red where it jumps into a vector when it should remain outside of the vector and carve around it.

I have used this card image in a different file and the advance v-carve toolpath worked just fine. I have deleted the image and reimported several times and the Advanced V-carve toolpath does this every time.

How do I fix this?
