After installing the upgrade from 474 to 514 It says it does not work on my PC.
Blue box with the following message:
This app can’t run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

Carbide Create 514 requires a 64-bit version of Windows — are you trying to run it on a 32-bit computer?

If so, you will need to continue to run 474.

It looks like 474 for me.
