Welcome to the community. I am not near you but have you tried contacting support? The support people at Carbide 3D will do video calls and may be able to help with whatever issue you are having. Or you could try describing the issue here and those of us who are not nearby may still be able to help. Include pictures of the issue and a description and hopefully one of us will have the answers you need.
