Troubleshooting ball mill simulation

Continuing the discussion from Thanks for spending time with us: A lot to learn - which makes it addictively fun. I am running into trouble with the simulation of ball mills. They show only as flat endmills. I’ve uninstalled Carbide Create and reinstalled. The version I have is Build 464, Built on: 2020-03-26. No change in the simulation. How do I move past this one ?
