Bit Runner malfunction

Hello Everyone,
My standard Bit Runner stopped working. After trouble shooting with Carbide-3D the deluxe model was ordered. Unfortunately, the brand new unit doesn’t want to work either. My next step is to switch out the old wires with the new wires that came with the deluxe. Has anyone experienced this issue? The does router works with out the Bit Runner.

Yea. You can plug the router in directly rather than into the Bitrunner. You have to manually turn it on and off.
