Bit sitter not recognized

I just got my shapeoko 5 pro and when I’m trying to setup the bit sitter when I press it the green led it will light up but in the carbide motion it doesn’t work any idea what’s the problem ? It’s very hard to get a hold of the support team and I’m new to the CNC

Please remove and set up the machine without the BitSetter.

Send an e-mail to support@carbide3d.com and we will work out how to test this to determine what part needs to be replaced and get that to you as quickly as possible.
