Bit zero still not working

I purchased a bit zero three weeks ago and I have not been able to get it to work. When I try to use the bit zero (with the ground magnet attached to the collar of the router) the router bit pushes the base of the bit zero off my wood without any lights coming on. The magnet will come on if the ground magnet touches any other metal part of the machine.

I’m disappointed with Carbide 3D support.
