I’ve got everything working on the HDM, but I cannot get the bit zero to work. It lights up green and when it makes contact with the magnet it turns red. Any thoughts?
Please write in to support@carbide3d.com and send photos showing how it is mounted and wired up and we’ll puzzle this out with you.
It’s the bit zero, so I just have it plugged into the warthog controller.
The machine also lifts off the table as the carriage moves from the front to back. I built my table out of 1/2” steel plate and 4” square tubing, so I’m fairly certain that’s not the problem. Do I need to be concerned about this?
