Bit Zero v2 XYZ on different corners of stock

To make room for my work holdings I need the Bit zero v2 to be mostly off the machining area positioned with the hole on the North East Orientation (top right) Does the Bitzero v2 need to be positioned so that the machine can “reach” the center of the bit zero square to zero the Z? The hole does not have metal at the bottom so I assume after it X&Y zero’s it then moves to the center of the square? If so, it knows to travel South West to the center?

The manual says it supports these things:

So it looks like it’s lower left only (for one XYZ one operation).

Note that if you have another way to zero X/Y and only want to zero the Z, you can place the BitZero anywhere you like on top of the stock, and select the Z-only probing sequence. You could even place it somewhere on the wasteboard neary and probe for Z, if you select the zero reference as “stock bottom” in the CC.

You can place the BitZero at a corner other than the lower left and probe for X, and then Y which will get you the corner, then reposition the unit and Probe for Z.
