Bitsetter getting stuck

I’m looking for help. I’ve had my XXL for about a month now and finally have a chance to start cutting.
Today, I started to run a file, and my vacuum hose got hung up and popped the dust boot off violently.
I re-set the machine and initialized again, and now when it tries to go to the Bitsetter on the first go around, it just gets to the top of the button and appears to get stuck in a loop, repeatedly hitting the button.
Where did I screw up?

Thanks

Paul

Please power everything down and then start up and do things systematically.

Let us know what happens and we’ll do our best to work through this.

I did. I even disconnected the board, powered up, reset everything, same issue.

Contact us at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to work this out.

Does it eventually stop?

does your Z axis have any kind of slop? (e.g. if you try to move it up or down, will it)

Thank you everyone. I knew it had to be something on my end. I stepped away and went back, and it was the dust boot arm was just in the right spot to keep the button from making contact, and was stuck in the cycle of trying to probe.
