Bitsetter issue during bit change

I’m having issues with the bitsetter. I can initialize the machine, use the bitsetter to measure the tool, set zero. But when I go to change to a different bit it will just go down and vibrant on the bitsetter.

I’ve sent an email to support, but not sure I’ll hear back in time. I’m making a sign and need to get it to the person yet today.

For reference I have the SO5Pro 4x4.

I would disable the BitSetter and cut the sign, then once the time pressure is off you can troubleshoot it with support.
