Bitsetter issues after initialization

I’m having issues with the bitsetter after initialization. After tool is selected the machine moves to bitsetter but jams once bit touches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Jorge73,

Does the red light come up when the endmill pushes the BitSetter button ? Does it light up when you press the BitSetter button manually ?
If not, this is likely a wiring issue between the BitSetter and the controller board.

Also, do you have Bitsetter set up properly in settings. It isn’t automatic, you have to choose your machine etc.
