So with assistance from Customer Service I was able to finally get everything working with my Bit Setter. If anyone comes across a similar issue, check the PCB Board ( The board that has X, Y, Z, P, & F plug in) that plugs into the main controller board. It had a short and even though the Bitsetter was not plugged into it, it was not allowing it to function or communicate with the system.
