Bitsetter stuck down

I was setting up my bitsetter today. I set the x and y right over the bitsetter following instructions and when it started it went down touched it and pushed in and pulled the magnet up from the bit setter and then the bit setter stayed in locked down position.

What are my options ?

Some of the early ones stuck. You could tap (not hit hard) to see if it will pop up and keep working afteward.
