Bitzero and shapeoko 5 pro

I just received my bitzero, but the 3 pin connector does not match up with the extra port in the front right (next to the bitsetter port). What am I doing wrong?

I believe they have an adapter for that issue. Check your packaging or contact support to get the proper adapter.

it looks like you bought the wrong BitZero. You can email sales@carbide3d.com and arrange to swap it out.
