Black Friday deals - Y Axis Limit Trigger, where does it go?

I just purchased my shapeoko 4 xxl on Black Friday for xMas gift to myself. I just put it together so I can play with it on Christmas. I had one piece leftover that I believe it should go somewhere, but I don’t see it anywhere in the instructions or in the build video online. The Y Axis Limit Trigger. Also when I went to initialize the machine the Y axis grinds because there’s nothing to trigger the Y proximity switch. Was the Y Axis Limit Trigger that I have leftover supposed to go somewhere to trigger the Y proximity switch?
