Bowl rim rounded over

This is driving me c crazy. I want to create a bowl in a block of wood but I would like the Shapeoko to make the bowl rim have a slight roundover, say 3mm.

My question is to do with stock top/bottom and the adding and subtracting of 3d components. Whatever I do the rim seems to be red i.e. end up above my stock height.

It might be a temporary preview issue — save and quit and restart/load?

I don’t want Shapeoko cutting the vertical side walls as they are 50mm deep and it will hit the chuck

If you offset the geometry by the radius(i) of the endmills you will be using it will allow you to get the rounding done to the edge:

This is what I get for my simulation

Thanks William. I’m quite intrigued by seeing two 3d finish tool paths. I didn’t imagine that one could have more than one.
