Brand new machine - included a used router?

My CNC just arrived, literally 20 minutes ago. I started unboxing the contents, and decided to take a look at the router that came with it first. The router I received is obviously used. I don’t remember seeing anything about the $80 add on router being used, did I miss it?

Thanks, I have emailed support. I don’t have the time to unbox the rest of the machine at the moment, but honestly I’m a bit worried now. The first component I opened is used. Doesn’t instill confidence in me. Is this a normal occurrence?

The router isn’t used — sometimes they’re a bit rough in appearance from the factory — if it doesn’t wipe off, let us know at support@carbide3d.com
