Brand New VFD Spindle Kit Flashing "0.0", no spin with M3 S10000 test

I recently purchased a Shapeoko Pro XXL. I assembled it and it worked perfectly with trim router. VFD spindle kit and HDZ arrived Monday, HDZ installed with no problems. Spindle installed, VFD wired to controller, power and Spindle. Red light (circle around push button) comes on.

I’ve tried “m3s10000” and “M3S10000” and “M3 S10000” in Carbide Motion (build 566). No spin on the spindle, VFD display only blinks “0.0”.

I checked the connections. I’ve restarted everything several times.

I tried the spindle on and off in the jog menu, nothing happens. VFD blinks “0.0”

Any suggestions welcome. I will attempt to answer any troubleshooting questions.

I can’t test this this right now.

Add a space so M3 S10000

Also make sure the kit has the safety button disabled. If safety is on it will not start.

It’s the button on the front of the VFD enclosure - below the VFD.

As I mentioned above, the red circle around the push button (“Enable Button” in the video) on the VFD does light up. Have tried this with both it off and on. Still flashes “0.0”

Called Support, did video troubleshooting with Oscar, everything looked good. Spindle could Jog, +24VDC to controller cable at VFD end, will have to RMA VFD controller and cables back to Carbide3D. Thank you for your help.
