"Busy Cursor Consistency"

I know I’ve mentioned this along with earlier requests, but now that CC is a little bit slower than it used to be (or my files are getting more complex), I’m noticing issues more often.

This is a simple fix, with minimal testing - and ZERO support implications! No reason not to throw it into the next build…

There are two places where CC does not change the cursor to indicate that it’s working…and things on the screen just sit still - causing you to wonder and potentially press things twice:

  1. When loading a file. When you select a file to load, the cursor does not change to indicate that it’s “busy”
  2. When Launching CC. It actually does go busy right before it comes up, but sometimes, it takes a long time to come up - and the screen just sits there as though nothing were going on. I’ve restarted a few instances by reclicking because it looked like it did not start CC.

The confusion is compounded when you click on a c2d file from within a file manager like File Explorer…because first, the launch of CC has to take place (without a busy cursor) and then, the file is loaded (without a cursor)!

Could you put in those couple of lines of code to change the cursor at the right times?

Thank you!
