Has anyone bought anything from carbide3ds shop in the US and had it shipped to Europe after the new import tax rules?
Specifically, does anyone know if carbide3d handles the import and tax declaration when shipping to Europe to avoid items being held back for tax-handling and also the tax-handling-fee?

I’ve tried to collect information in the past, but it always comes down to the vagaries of the interpretation of a given customs officer, so seems to not be consistent for most locales.

You’re asking whether Carbide 3D ships DDP (“Delivered Duty Paid”), right? i.e. you’re asking if they pay the VAT and properly declare everything so that the package sails through customs straight to your door, without any clearance fees?
The answer is no. If they did, you’d see VAT charged in the checkout.
