Just now, I noticed a file show up show up with what appeared to be the identical name of the one I was working on in Carbide Create Pro. It displayed “C2D JOURNAL file” as the type. What is it?
Is this on Mac OS or Windows?
What does the OS indicate if you get info about a .c2d file?
Which application is associated w/ .c2d files?
It showed up when running CC7 on Windows. I had Windows Explorer open at the same time on a different screen as I was saving a file. I’m guessing that it must have been a system workfile since it disappeared shortly after the Save was completed.
It may have stayed around if it got into the nasty [still] Saving Toolpaths that seems to pop up when I’m working with something that’s pretty complex.
Think I answered my own question.
