I’m using a commercial service to 3D print these in nylon. The “blades” are only 0.6mm thick. They are recommending 1.0mm minimum, 1.5mm “better”.
Would C3D be willing to either make some variants available, or, release the STEP/Fusion360 files so I can make changes?
Thanks!

Here are a couple you can have if they help. both made for ER20 collet nut.
ER20_collet_fan.hex (189.8 KB) (rename to .stp)
Constant blade thickness of 0.87mm
ER20_collet_fan_2.hex (446.0 KB) (rename to .stp)
Leading edge is 2.5mm, but it’s shaped like an airfoil so the trailing edge is really thin.

@WillAdams Any chance C3D would jump in on this ?

That’s a question for other folks — I’m not cool enough to do this sort of 3D modeling.
