Someone will likely help you. However stretching yourself is the only way to improve your skill. Everyone fails but failure breeds success in the long run.
This is pretty straight-forward — what are the dimensions?
Using @briandobo 's file:
we get 12" x 12":
which seems a reasonable starting point:
We start by importing the pixel image to set as the Background:
and adjusting size and placement:
It is then a straight-forward matter to draw a circle:
and align it to the center of the stock:
The Linear Array feature works best from bottom-to-top and left-right, so we draw a rectangle to match the stock size:
Select everything:
and Mirror Vertically:
and then use Linear Array to replicate as needed:
We then use Circular Array:
to make duplicates:
OK
Drawing in the balance of the parts is similar:
OK
and the added parts may be replicated in their new positions in various way, e.g., by copy-pasting in-place:
shift-clicking on the surrounding rectangle:
and using Mirror Vertical again:
Select again:
copy-paste in-place to duplicate:
shift-click on the rectangle to add it to the selection:
and Mirror Horizontal:
Select again:
and copy-paste in-place:
shift-click on the rectangle to add it to the selection:
and Rotate
Done
The diagonals may be made by positioning a circle:
and making a Linear Array:
nand adjusting the number and spacing:
OK
then deleting what is not wanted:
(Arranging these on a suitable arc is left as an exercise for the reader)
Its a 24" X 24" X ¾ thick MDF
Im looking for an exact copy of the pic , its a family game we have been playing for years. I need one done before my Dad passes. my Mom loved this game so my Dad wants one . thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
Then, draw a square between two circles to get the corner/central origin for the arcs:
and use Move:
to get the origin (0.8594 x 0.8594 in.)
The square may then be deleted or undone.
Select a circle:
and use Circular Array:
to make the duplicates for the arcs:
adjusting to an arc of a suitable number of degrees:
then adjusting the quantity:
OK
Remove the duplicate:
(alternately, the math could have been done to determine the arc necessary for 14 elements)
Then select the elements which need to be duplicated:
and again use Circular Array:
Labeling the text/numbers is then done for one fourth:
by setting the text, positioning, and rotating as need be:
The easiest way to get consistent positioning is to copy-paste to duplicate:
then drag into position:
then delete the duplicated circle:
and edit the text:
Repeat until one arrives at:
selecting all the text and using Circular Array:
Then adjust the size:
Select everything:
Scale
Done
Drag into registration:
Adjust the placement/rotation of elements as desired, then apply suitable toolpaths — I suspect you’ll want a pocket with a reasonable size ball-nose tool for the circles, and a V carving for the text.
Fortunately, there is a specific selection for circles:
which may then be grouped:
Then everything else selected:
and the rectangle removed from the selection:
and the text grouped:
and then a V-carving toolpath assigned:
For the circles:
A Pocket Toolpath with an 8mm ball-nose tool should work well:
(the depth may need to be adjusted)
which previews as:
Probably the stepover will need to be adjusted as well.

You are seriously Awesome!
Once again, above and far beyond
It’s just a part of the Carbide 3D experience.
If you have any difficulties with the job setup/machining, let us know at support and we will do our best to assist.
Once you have successfully cut one and when you feel up to it, please post a picture — if you wish, you may put this up on CutRocket, I’m sure folks would enjoy seeing it there.
I certainly will. Thanks again.
