I’m looking into buying Carbide Create Pro, but I have a question, I do most of the design on my Mac laptop, but have a dedicated old Windows Laptop to run my Shapeoko. I just want to know can I use carbide create pro on both PC’s with one subscription? If I have a minor tweak or something along those lines I’ll just update the file on the Windows PC while I’m in front of my CNC.
There is no check so technically you could run it on as many as you wanted. I think the license says you are supposed to run one instance at a time.
Just install your license key on your second computer. You can manually install the license.txt by opening CC and then menu about and Open Data Directory. Place the license.txt in the CC folder. Restart CC and it should be in Pro mode.
